Project cost and financing

The total project costs are estimated at USD 25.54 million, inlcuding price and physical contingencies. About 37% of the total cost (USD 9.36 million) represent foreign exchange costs. Duties and taxes make up 7.4% (USD 1.89) of total project costs. The project will be financed by IFAD (USD 16.3 million), the BADEA (USD 5.66 million), the Government (USD 1.88 million), TWIN (USD 0.41 million), the local banks (USD 0.637 million) and the beneficiaries (USD 0.63 million).
