Province Dry Zone Participatory Development Project
The objective of this agricultural development project was to improve
the living conditions of poor farmers in the arid upland areas of
the province, emphasizing local capacity building through participation.
IFAD investments supported livestock development, development of technology
and assistance in project management. The project also aimed to develop
water resources and improve irrigation infrastructure.
