Participatory Resource Management Project – Tuyen Quang Province

This project, which was the first rural development project funded by an international financial institution in Viet Nam , improved the living conditions of rural poor people in remote areas of a province in the northern upland region. It emphasized poor people’s participation in activities to improve their livelihoods and standards of living.
