projects and non-lending activities such as TAGs
- Interview relevant IFAD staff & management

| Task 3 Field Evaluations |

- Validate and supplement desk review through original research
in sample countries of IFAD projects and TAG-funded activities
- Fieldwork will include consultations and interviews with government
representatives, civil society, the private sector, development
agencies, the rural poor and their organisations
- Undertake a review on IFAD human resources and Governance/Institution matters
