The President of IFAD is pleased to extend an invitation to delegates at the Twenty-Eighth Session of the Governing Council to attend a cultural event on the evening of Thursday, 17 February, from 19.00 to 20.00 hours, following the closure of the session.

The musical group Arwak - led by Roland Ricaurte, a well-known Muisca ethnomusicologist from Colombia - will perform a selection of traditional Latin American music ranging from the Amazonian rain forest to the Andes mountains. The concert will take place in the auditorium of the Palazzo dei Congressi.
