- Re-engineering
IFAD
embarks on reviewing business processes within the house and re-engineering
the ways and means by which the organizations priorities are
pursued. A soul-searching and fully participatory exercise begins,
involving the staff at all levels to ensure their full ownership
of the outcome. Through the same process and on the basis of past
experience and lessons learned, a statement of "IFADs
Vision" is developed, chartering the long-term objectives
of the Fund.
