Niger-Special Country Programme

A pepper farmer oversees the drying of his 'Diffa' pepper harvest in Foa, near Diffa. With proper irrigation Mr Ibrahim is able to grow and sell enough peppers to buy corn, millet, clothing and livestock. Due to the success of his pepper crop he now owns 60 cows, 30 goats and 2 horses.
