The launch of the Rural Poverty Report 2011 took place at the opening of a major international conference on food security convened by Chatham House in London on 6 December, 2010 .The report was presented by IFAD President Kanayo F. Nwanze during the morning session on 6 December, which was followed by a press conference at Chatham House at 11am London time.
