This publication constitutes the new IFAD Inclusive Rural Finance (IRF) policy, which supersedes the 2009 RFP.

It applies to all IFAD operational and non-operational work supporting and promoting IRF, including IFAD investments using sovereign and non-sovereign financial instruments, knowledge, technical advice and assistance, policy and partnership activities, and efforts to crowd in IRF financing.
