Cette deuxième édition présente de nouveaux termes qui sont apparus dans les dernières publications du FIDA et autres sources récentes liés aux peuples autochtones. 

Ce glossaire a pour but de garantir la cohérence et la précision de la terminologie en anglais, en arabe, en espagnol et en français, et de favoriser l’harmonisation des termes utilisés en relation avec les questions d’égalité femmes-hommes, aussi bien dans les publications et documents officiels que dans le cadre des différentes activités préparatoires des réunions.
