IFAD at Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2022

Organized by the Slow Food movement, Terra Madre Salone del Gusto is the biggest international event dedicated to food politics, sustainable agriculture and the environment. Activists, youth, Indigenous Peoples, farmers, producers, chefs and experts share ideas for creating a clean and fair food system for all.

IFAD and Slow Food have been partners since 2009, supporting innovative grassroots projects that enhance local value chains for traditional foods and developing the Indigenous Terra Madre (ITM) network which brings indigenous peoples’ voices to the forefront of the debate on food and culture.
