"الاقتصاد الأزرق" كلمة جديدة طنانة تتردد كثيرا في جدول الأعمال الدولي للتنمية المستدامة. إذ يتحدث الناس عن الاقتصاد الأزرق في العالم بأسره، ويجتمعون في منتديات مختلفة لتبادل الأفكار عن كيفية الاعتناء بصورة أفضل بهذا المورد الحيوي. ولكن ما هو الاقتصاد الأزرق؟ وما موقعه من العمل الإنمائي الذي يقوم به الصندوق؟
