Operations Academy – IFAD Operational Guidelines on Pro-Poor Value Chain Development

The training curriculum will consist of 3 modules and each of them lasting around 25 minutes. The key objective of the training is to provide the trainee with the detailed overview of most recent IFAD Operational Guidelines and explain when and how these guidelines are applied throughout the Projects implementation. It will explain the three steps of IFAD operational guidelines on pro-poor value chain development: targeting and situation analysis, pro-poor value chain prioritisation, value chain analysis and planning. The training has been specifically developed to train country delivery team members, and it is open to all those interested in further developing and expanding their knowledge on Value Chains within IFAD.
