Operations Academy – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) in IFAD-financed projects

This course will provide an overview of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) in IFAD-financed projects and it relates to and builds upon the information that has been presented in the M&E Level 1 course – IFAD: OPAC Fundamentals of M&E. It will give an insight on the IFAD documents containing M&E guiding principles and corporate reporting, the IFAD’s approach on M&E, the Monitoring and Evaluation in the Project cycle and the different types deliverables, the M&E responsibilities in IFAD-financed projects.
