IFAD aims to support the development of 1-2 clusters, during the CSN’s validity period. This goal will be underpinned by two interlinked strategic objectives

• Improved delivery mechanisms and mind-set shift;
• Fostering appropriate ecosystems for inclusive transformation;
• Improved information communication technologies (ICT) and digital solutions will be a crosscutting theme across all interventions.
