GCF Great Green Wall Umbrella Programme Consultation

IFAD is preparing the GCF Great Green Wall Umbrella Programme through a consultative process to ensure it responds to the needs and priorities of the countries where projects are being implemented and of regional integration.

The overall ambition of this Umbrella Programme is to enhance the collective impact of the GCF projects and programmes and contribute to the Great Green Wall objectives.

Country and regional stakeholders who have been involved in the Great Green Wall will be invited to provide feedback on the draft Umbrella Programme. They will have the opportunity to participate in consultation meetings to share views and inputs. This consultation process started in March 2021 and will continue over three months.
