IFAD POST-2015 POLICY BRIEF The post-2015 development agenda is expected to inform policies and investments at various levels in key areas for sustainable development. It is important that this agenda include goals, targets and indicators that focus attention on reducing rural-urban inequalities, investing in the rural space, and promoting better rural-urban connectivity, taking advantage of urbanization and the rural-urban nexus.
