Guidelines for IFAD Financing Terms and Conditions 2021

These Guidelines outline the lending terms eligibility criteria and the policies affecting them,
along with providing details on the financial terms and conditions of IFAD's:

1. highly concessional term loans;
2. grants through the Debt Sustainability Framework;
3. blend term loans; and
4. ordinary term loans.

It is to be read concurrently with the General Conditions for Agricultural Development Financing and the Policies and Criteria for IFAD Financing.
