Senior Partnership Officer
Nicole works to build partnership between IFAD’s operations in developing countries and global companies and foundations aligned on IFAD’s mission of connecting smallholders to market and raising rural communities out of poverty. She provides guidance internally on working with the private sector, including partner identification and outreach, due diligence and management.
Nicole has over 15 years’ experience in partnership and advocacy for poverty reduction, environmental stewardship and women's health, across the for-profit, non-profit and philanthropic sectors. Before IFAD, she led the private sector partnership team at the UN Population Fund, was a grantmaker on environment and women’s health at a private foundation, and held a number of positions in branding and marketing communications in the for-profit sector.
Nicole holds an MBA from HEC, University of Geneva in Switzerland, and a BSc in International Business from California State University, Long Beach.
