IFAD Asset Request Portlet
As Country Programme Officer in the Latin America and the Caribbean division, Oscar Grajeda is responsible to ensure effective country programme and projects design, supervision, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He also provides substantive contributions related to policy dialogue, KM, SSTC and M&E in the sub regional portfolio.
Before joining IFAD, Grajeda served as Researcher at Universidad Rafael Landívar (Guatemala), leading teams in the research area (poverty analysis, impact evaluation and fiscal reform analysis).
Grajeda is an Economist from the Universidad Rafael Landívar (Guatemala) with studies in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as a Master's Degree in Development Cooperation from the Universidad de Valencia (Spain). He is doctorate candidate of Social Economics at Universidad de Valencia.
