Senior Partnership Officer, Private Sector and Foundations

Gene Moses

Gene Moses joined IFAD in August 2020 as a senior partnership officer in the Washington DC office, focused on private sector, foundation and multilateral organization partnerships. He also leads IFAD engagement in the Food Action Alliance (FAA), a global initiative for food systems transformation via local multi-stakeholder flagship projects.

 

Moses comes to IFAD after 14 years with IFC Global Agribusiness team in Washington DC, most recently as Strategist. From 2012-2018, Moses was IFC’s participant on working groups for the World Economic Forum (WEF) New Vision for Agriculture Project Board, and recently has been active in the evolving Agritech sector.

 

He has a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
