The Committee on World Food Security (CFS) is the foremost inclusive international and intergovernmental platform working to ensure food security and nutrition for all. Using an inclusive multi-stakeholder approach, CFS develops and endorses policy recommendations and guidance on a wide range of food security and nutrition topics.

This session, CFS 49, will focus on the 2021 State of Food Security and Nutrition report, the uptake of the CFS Voluntary Guidelines on Food Systems and Nutrition, the CFS Multi-Year Programme of Work, and other ongoing CFS workstreams and priorities.

The database provides easy access to CFS products such as voluntary guidelines, policy recommendations, and a list of the principles driving the global effort towards food security and nutrition for all.
