We will spotlight innovative partnerships and proven solutions to address desertification, land degradation and drought, while promoting sustainable agricultural practices.

Rural people depend on healthy land and soils for their livelihoods, their nutrition and their wellbeing. That’s why IFAD’s President, Alvaro Lario, will be at COP16 advocating for rural people at various Ministerial Dialogues and high level events.
