IFAD at the Convention on Biological Diversity COP16

The Biodiversity COP will focus on transforming the commitments of the 2022 Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework into actionable national biodiversity plans and mobilize resources to meet the biodiversity finance gap.

Here, IFAD will promote investments with positive impacts on nature, climate and people. Speaking at several side-events, we will highlight success stories and evidence, particularly from Latin America and from Indigenous Peoples and Farmers' Organizations.
