Davinia works as a Global Engagement Specialist, in the Global Engagement Team. She is responsible for policy work relating to Financing for Development, innovation, and international political economy. She also works on crosscutting issues of gender, climate change and youth, and convenes IFAD's Global Policy Engagement Forum.
Before joining the Fund, Davinia completed a PhD and MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick, and has a BA in Business Administration.
