Leon Williams is a senior monitoring and evaluation specialist in IFAD’s Operational Policy and Results Division. He is responsible for IFAD’s operational results management and reporting.
Williams has over 15 years of experience in development, covering operational, strategic and resource mobilization functions. At IFAD, he has worked on three replenishment processes, undertaken special assignments in IFAD’s budget team, and served as an Associate Country Programme Manager and Rural Development Specialist, particularly in the Horn of Africa and elsewhere across the Near East, North Africa, Europe and Central Asia region.
He has an academic background in Agricultural Economics and Anthropology.
