Liliana Miro Quesada Bambaren, a national of Peru, is the Country Programme Coordinator, in the Latin America and the Caribbean Division (LAC) in the Lima, Peru Hub. She joined IFAD in September 2019 and currently supports the programmes in Perú, Ecuador, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Before joining IFAD, she worked eight years in the International Finance Corporation, IFC – WB Group in Peru, where she worked as an Associate Operations Officer and as a consultant of the Mining and Agriculture project in Apurimac, Peru.
Liliana possesses a MSc. in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics, in UK and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Universidad de Lima, in Peru.
