Programme Officer (GTM), Gender and Social Inclusion Petra Järvinen
Petra Järvinen is a technical analyst (Junior Professional Officer) working in the Gender and Social Inclusion team of IFAD. She provides technical advice on Gender, Targeting and Social Inclusion and supports IFAD’s country-level portfolios and grants.
Before joining IFAD, Järvinen worked as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) where she served as a Project Management and Communications Support Consultant with the Global Preparedness Partnership and the Climate Vulnerable Forum as well as a Gender and Knowledge Management Consultant.
Järvinen holds a Master’s degree in Global and International Social Policy from the University of Sheffield, UK.
