This project was designed to help smallholder farmers increase their agricultural and livestock production, with a view towards improving quality and increasing income. The target population included households living in conditions of poverty and extreme poverty. The project was aligned with government strategy, policies and plans to advance the basic objective of sustainable rural poverty reduction.
