The goals of this project were to improve agricultural productivity, small industry and craft production in the target area through the provision of credit, promotion of rural organizations and expansion of infrastructure such as roads and electricity. In addition, the project worked to extend health and education services to marginalized groups. The project was designed and executed within the framework of eight sub-projects.
