The overall goal of the programme is to reduce transboundary haze pollution and its impacts in Southeast Asia.
The target group will be comprised of: (i) local and national monitoring and evaluation officers in ASEAN member states; (ii) departments and ministries within ASEAN member states responsible for data and information collection, management, and analysis; (iii) the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC) and the ACC; and (iv) at least 100,000 smallholders in fire-prone areas within ASEAN member states through improved land management and fire prevention.
