New Narratives for Rural Transformation in LAC Programme

The overall goal of the programme is to generate the sound analysis needed to understand the new rurality in LAC and to focus on persistent structural gaps in order to reduce rural poverty and inequality, and foster structural transformation.

Direct beneficiaries will be the public institutions responsible for allocating public budgets, defining public programme operating rules, drafting fiscal decentralization rules and producing official statistics that affect rural areas and thus poor rural people.
