The overall goal of the programme is to generate tools, evidence and knowledge to contribute to the global effort to measure and monitor progress towards achieving the 2030 Agenda in general - and SDGs 1, 2 and 5 in particular.
Governments and national/international development organizations will benefit from new methodologies to assess the impact of their rural development projects on women, particularly young women.
