The overall goal of the project is to develop institutional capacities to help the three dryland regions of Latin America adapt to climate change. The objectives are to develop appropriate technical assistance and rural extension capacities to address these challenges using climate-resilient agriculture (CRA) courses, teaching materials and knowledge products to support instructors in disseminating successful practices and experiences. To this end, the project will apply a South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) approach to facilitate the exchange of applied knowledge between the three main dryland areas of Latin America.
