The overall goal of the programme is to improve incomes and livelihoods of family farmers in the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries and enhance their food and nutrition security and safety.
The target group will be composed of smallholders and family farmers who are members of farmers' organizations that are affiliated with the existing regional farmers' organizations networks in ACP countries.
