BuildPROC

To help strengthen country systems, IFAD developed BuildPROC, a capacity-building programme in procurement for agricultural and rural development. Participants earn a diploma upon completion of three levels.

This programme is the result of a partnership between IFAD and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization.
