Food Systems: Harnessing nutrition co-benefits of climate-resilient agriculture
Join us, along with panellists from academia, research, governments, civil society and development agencies, to discuss the climate-nutrition nexus.
There is a need for detailed analyses of the interplay between nutrition security and climate change, and their impact on different target groups, especially youth and women.
This desk review explores the evidence on climate change mitigation and adaptation measures with nutrition co-benefits, and vice versa. It includes best practices from projects addressing both climate change and nutrition, as well as recommendations to guide future projects. The review paid special attention to gender equality and youth inclusion.
