Operations Academy: Risk Management

This course will give you an insight into the risk tools used during the project cycle. It will help you understand the roles and responsibilities pertaining to risk awareness during all stages of a project.

The course is composed of two modules of approximately 30 minutes each:

Module 1 IPRM and Risk Predictor Tool: discusses the risk tools used during the project cycle, as well as risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
Module 2 Risk Awareness During All Stages of the Project Cycle - Roles and Responsibilities: explains the roles and responsibilities pertaining to risk awareness during a project cycle.
