This photobook showcases the impact of two projects in Türkiye that were financed by IFAD alongside the Government of Türkiye: the Uplands Rural Development Programme (URDP) and the Göksu Taşeli Watershed Development Project (GTWDP).
URDP is designed to improve the livelihoods of small farmers in Türkiye’s mountainous regions. By providing farmers with resources, training and better access to markets, URDP is transforming rural communities, ensuring a more resilient and thriving agricultural future.
GTWDP aims to reduce rural poverty by helping small farmers increase their incomes, improve their agricultural practices and sustainably manage their natural resources. As the project nears completion, it continues to invest in rural communities, ensuring long-term growth and resilience for farmers and their families.
