Proceedings of the 2nd Global Meeting of the Indigenous Peoples Forum at IFAD, 12-13 February 2015

In February 2015, indigenous peoples from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Pacific met in Rome for the Second Global Meeting of the Indigenous Peoples’ Forum at IFAD.

This report provides an overview of the main messages through the voices of participants. It covers topics and discussions and the regional action plans jointly agreed on by IFAD and indigenous participants.

The report also presents the synthesis of deliberations, which captures the main issues and recommendations put forward by the indigenous participants, and responses and reactions from IFAD management and Executive Board members.
