Reducing rural poverty and enhancing food security in Tajikistan
The Community-based Agricultural Support Project stimulates inclusive economic growth and poverty reduction in rural Tajikistan.
Its activities help communities and small-scale farmers access infrastructure and services, resulting in sustainable agricultural production, equitable income-generating opportunities and improved living standards.
The project works with Village Organizations to develop community-driven action plans to manage their natural resources that also establish a sense of community ownership and cohesion.
