The Athena project final report

This report presents the second phase of the 2019 IFAD Innovation Challenge project - Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Big Data for IFAD 2.0.

In this phase the project team refined the algorithms and cross-validated the models and results with different sets of data and harmonized the models with existing IFAD frameworks to establish an artificial intelligence (AI) “tool box”.
