How To Do Note: Measuring Climate Resilience

This How To Do Note is intended as a tool for IFAD staff and partners involved in investment projects with climate resilience objectives.

It answers the question: "How do I apply the concept of 'climate resilience' in an IFAD supported investment project and how can I measure it?" This question is particularly relevant for:

1. Projects which are implemented in locations or sectors that are vulnerable to climate-related threats and integrate specific actions to reduce climate-related risks and vulnerabilities;
2. Projects which integrate funding from environmental or climate finance sources1 to advance climate change adaptation objectives.
