Africa Agribusiness and Science Week (AASW8)

The Africa Agribusiness and Science Week (AASW8) gathers over 1,000 stakeholders involved in agriculture and agribusiness research and innovation in Africa. The goal of AASW8 is to share research and innovations, create partnerships, engage in policy dialogue and map out priorities for joint action towards improving the productivity and competitiveness of the agriculture sector in Africa.

IFAD, through the Agricultural Research for Development (AR4D) unit, is a co-organizer and funder for AASW8. IFAD will participate in various AASW8 events, including parallel sessions on:
