Smallholder Productivity Promotion Programme
The Smallholder Productivity Promotion Programme will benefit 60,000 smallholder farming families in three provinces of Zambia.
The programme's goal is to improve the income levels and food and nutrition security of those poor rural households in the target areas which depend on agriculture and/or agricultural related activities. The programme will focus on:
- increase of the production, productivity and sales of smallholder farmers
- sustainable smallholder productivity growth
- enabling environment for productivity growth
