Kayonza Irrigation and Integrated Watershed Management Project - Phase I
The project's overall goal is to contribute to poverty reduction in the drought-prone Eastern Province of Rwanda. The development objective is to sustainably improve the food security and income of 50,000 rural households and boost their climate resilience.
The project will target poor and food insecure rural households and includes specific measures to target the poorest people, and women and youth.
