Climate Action Report 2021

This fourth edition of IFAD’s Climate Action Report has a somewhat wider scope than previous editions. It does not restrict itself to reviewing the progress and results of the past year, but also situates these results within the larger context of IFAD's 11th Replenishment and provides an overview of some of the cumulative results that have been achieved during the last replenishment cycle.

Moreover, the CAR 2021 demonstrates that IFAD’s climate investments can play a critical role in strengthening the resilience of rural communities and food systems in developing countries not only to the impacts of climate change but to other shocks as well.
