Amine Belhamissi is the Technical Specialist in the Agricultural Research for Development (AR4D) unit located in the Research and Impact Assessment (RIA) division, Strategy and knowledge Department (SKD). He manages the Grant Portfolio that includes EC and IFAD funded research grants.

In addition to the programme management, he mobilises resources for agriculture research and ensures that research projects are contributing to development programmes through the production of knowledge products, briefs and manuals.

Amine has been working in IFAD for the last 20 years, and in the EU/IFAD programme for the last 15 years.
