Sabel NDure is a partnership officer in the Global Engagement, Partnership and Resource Mobilisation Division since July 2019. She was Member States Liaison Officer with the Office of the Secretary in IFAD prior to taking up this position. With over 25 years’ experience, Ms Ndure is a career diplomat who has worked with the Foreign Service of her national government before starting an international career taking her to Côte d’Ivoire, US, East Africa and Europe.

Ms Ndure is now responsible for managing the member state engagement with Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg and Portugal, as well as the partnership and resource mobilisation portfolio on Africa and the Region’s institutions.

Graduated cum laude, Sabel has undergone post graduate trainings in diplomacy, executive management, strategic administration and international relations.
