Mr Suppiramaniam Nanthikesan, Lead Evaluation Officer of the Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE), participated in the 2020 Asian Evaluation Week. The initiative is the leading evaluation knowledge-sharing platform in the Asia and Pacific region, and is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Finance, People’s Republic of China, through the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Institute, (AFDI) and the Asian Development Bank’s Independent Evaluation Department (IED).

Mr Nanthikesan co-delivered the joint lead presentation during Session 31: Evaluating for climate change adaptation – the critical challenge of the 21st century and beyond, held on Friday 11 September.

The presentation was delivered with Mr Juha Uitto, Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility, and Mr David Slattery, Evaluation Adviser, of the Independent Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme.
